  • Do you have a storefront?
    No, we do not have a brick-and-mortar location that is open to the public. All orders are fulfilled through our online store. We offer store pickup, local delivery and shipping for our customer's convenience. The store pickup location is a residential address.
  • Is store pickup available?
    Yes, you must first place an order online and pay for the order in full. Once order has been completed, it will be placed in a locker at the address provided in the pickup instructions that will be sent via email. Typical time for order fufillment from time the order is placed to ready for pickup is 2 to 3 hours between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST. You may text the number listed at the bottom of the site to arrange for pickup after hours, when available.
  • Can I call the store?
    We currently only offer chat, email and text support.
  • Can I pay cash for my order?
    Yes, however, cash orders will incur a processing fee of $15.00. However this will require to meet in person as it will not be a contactless pickup and will need to be arranged ahead of time. Online payments are the quickest, easiest and most cost effective way to get your order.
  • How are the orders packaged?
    Privacy is important to us! All orders (pickup, delivery and shipped) are placed in an sealed unmarked bubble envelope or cardboard box.
  • Do I need to let you know when I'm picking up my order?
    No, this is not necessary. The lockers are monitored by camera and motion sensors that will alert us when an order is picked up.
  • How long do I have to pickup my order?
    Orders will be placed in the lockers for a maxiumum of seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, your order will be restocked and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This is subject to change depending on order volume. Check back here for updates and changes to this policy.
